Policies
50% order deposit required at the time of order acceptance. Deposit must be paid within 48 hours to hold your order.
Remaining payment is due 1 day before pick-up.
Deposit is not refundable 1 week before the scheduled due date.
Custom orders require a minimum of 2-weeks’ notice. Rush orders can be completed with an additional $15 fee, if there’s availability.
Seasonal and Comfort orders require a minimum of 1-week notice. Rush orders can be completed with an additional $10 fee, if there’s availability.
Pick-up location in the “Epicenter at Agritopia” parking lot.
Delivery available within 5 miles of the Epicenter at Agritopia at no additional charge.
Delivery available outside of 5 miles of the Epicenter at Agritopia with a delivery fee dependent on the distance.
Orders are accepted through the order form only.
Order acceptance will be sent out via Email.
Invoice will be sent for deposit along with confirmation email.
